Does Watching Your Own Video Hurt Viewership?

To keep it brief, I have a habit of watching back my videos when they drop sometimes to admire (or cringe) at what ive created. Does this hurt you in the algo?
Ive come to notice my videos have horrible impressions in the first few days for some reason (<1k when before Id be past that day of, they do tend to get past that eventually, but it concerns me).
Top Comment: You're allowed To watch your own videos. It just doesn't like people who try to artificially inflate their numbers. So if you watch it too many times youtube will take views away, but it doesn't affect other people's viewership of your video.

At 17 mins and 45 seconds, they showed a clip of Victoria Lynn Carroll who voiced Theresa, saying that Tom McKay actually played Fat Bastard in the Austin Powers movie. Is that true? I can't find any information about it on google. Not discounting what she said but I'm quite curious about it.
